NDIS Group Programs
Reach & Belong, or R&B for short, has NDIS Groups Programs that offer Group Activities for Adults and Group Activities for Teenagers & Young Adults.
Our NDIS Groups Program help participants form valuable social connections, develop skills and independence, provide avenues for work and facilitate recreation and creative expression.
R&B Programs are designed especially for those with autism, intellectual, psychosocial, physical or acquired disabilities.
We offer 4 types of Programs:
About our NDIS Group Programs
The programs include a number of Activities. Participants can join for all of the programs or pick and choose the activities that suit.
We work in different community hub venues throughout Melbourne including Mt Waverley, Glen Waverley, Oakleigh, Hurstbridge and Mornington Peninsula .
When we discover your interests and strength, we will actively work on developing these and seeking further opportunities.
One of our participants loves all things film and we unearthed an opportunity for him to write film reviews which are published in a local newspaper.
Another participant expressed an interest in more social activities, and we looped them into a local scout group.
We have a resident magician who does impromptu magic shows within the group.
Our Support Worker to Participant ratios range from 1:1 -1:3. Some programs, such as Cooking and Independent Living Skills, are capped.
