We have NDIS Support Workers at various Melbourne locations who can help you with the different aspects of your life. The most important thing for us, though, is making sure you are happy with the support workers you are working with.

We want you to feel properly supported whilst also knowing that your privacy and confidentiality is respected and that everything our support workers do is undertaken with integrity and professionalism.

At intake you will meet your support worker and someone from the Reach & Belong Intake Team.

We will spend as much time as it takes to discuss what you want and to make sure we can help you accurately achieve your goals.

When you first start with a Reach & Belong Support Worker, we will be calling you for feedback and confirming what else you might be needing. We want to get it right and have a relationship that is working for you and properly supporting you.

As your time with our Support Workers continues, we will still seek feedback and ways that we can be continuously improving what we do for you.

Our NDIS Support Workers Find Opportunities in Melbourne

We are constantly looking for opportunities to link into different community activities. Whilst the relationship with your Support Worker is very important, looking for opportunities for different relationships within the community is also very important. We keep our eyes and ears open for different community activities  – it could be anything from a Mums & Bubs bowling session to being supported to go to a neighbourhood house Tai Chi class.

All our Support workers have NDIS Workers Screening Registration clearance that meets the requirements of the NDIS Practice Standards,
